For multi-day celebrations, we support the full schedule of events, including welcome dinners, bachelor or bachelorette gatherings, and post-wedding brunches. Each event is planned and executed with consistency, ensuring a smooth experience across the entire celebration.

Wine & Bar Program

Wine pairings and cocktail service can be fully integrated into your event, designed to align with both the menu and overall atmosphere. Our wine program includes curated pairings guided by experienced sommeliers, with selections ranging from approachable bottles to more refined wines from leading producers in British Columbia and internationally.

Our cocktail program is developed in collaboration with top mixologists across the Lower Mainland, offering custom drink menus tailored to your event. This includes both classic and modern cocktails, executed with balance and consistency.

Full bar setup can be provided, along with professional bartender service where required. From pre-dinner drinks to full evening service, the beverage program is structured to support the flow of the event and enhance the overall guest experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does your wedding catering & private dining cost?

Pricing depends on guest count, menu style, and level of service. Private dining and catered events have a minimum booking fee of $3,000. Larger events and multi-day services are quoted based on scope, staffing, and logistics. A detailed proposal is provided after your inquiry.

Can you accomodate for dietary restrictions & allergies?

Yes. Menus are fully customized to accommodate allergies, dietary needs, and preferences. This includes ingredient selection, preparation methods, and kitchen planning to ensure all requirements are handled carefully while maintaining consistency across the menu. This is also inclusive of large group plated dinners, where more complex arrangements for a larger amount of guests counts as well.


What size of weddings do you cater to?

Services are available for events ranging from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations of up to 100+ guests. The format, menu, and staffing are adjusted based on the size and style of the event.

Do you handle rentals and equipment?

We work with the existing setup at your home or venue and coordinate in advance to ensure all required equipment is available. If anything is missing, we arrange the necessary items to ensure smooth execution. For larger events we do not organize decor, florals or anything beyond the kitchen & service.

How far in advance should I book?

At least two weeks’ notice is recommended. For weddings, peak seasons, and summer dates, booking three to 12 months in advance is strongly recommended. Last-minute inquiries may be accommodated depending on availability.

What does the service include?

Service includes menu planning, ingredient sourcing, preparation, on-site cooking, service, and cleanup. For larger group events, we focus on food, beverage, and service staff, while elements such as décor, rentals, tables, and additional event setup are typically coordinated through your event planner.
