Terms of Service — Vénerie

By submitting an enquiry or booking through venerie.ca, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Vénerie provides private dining, catering, and private chef services in Vancouver, BC and surrounding areas. All bookings are subject to a minimum spend of $3,000 CAD. Availability is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only upon written agreement and receipt of deposit from Vénerie.

Cancellations

Upon confirmation of dinner, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable. We do not provide ANYrefunds for cancellations within one week of your event.

Limitation of liability

Vénerie's liability is limited to the value of services booked. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
